Hello, my name is Billy Brooks, President of ICCC.  I have been a member of ICCC for over 15 years. I’ve had an opportunity to develop life long friendships in the organization since that time. I am looking forward to working with our members to both grow the organization and help to cultivate a feeling of family and fun within ICCC.
